Schedule: 3 Days per Week (Part Time)

Are you a dependable and detail-oriented individual with a commitment to excellence? Abbey Beach Resort is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper to support our finance department working alongside our dedicated Resort team.
About the Role:
As the Resorts Bookkeeper, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our day-to-day accounting operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Managing accounts payable including receival and input of purchase orders
· Reconciling bank statements and maintain general ledger accuracy
· Processing weekly payroll
· Superannuation reconciliation and lodgement
· Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions
· Monthly stocktake input
· Input of stock transfer journals
· Monthly input of Inventory Sales.
· Administering payments of suppliers
· Ensure compliance with internal processes and reporting deadlines
We’re looking for someone who is:
· Trustworthy and discreet with confidential financial information
· Highly organised and detail-oriented
· Competent in accounting/payroll software (Microsoft Business Central and Employment Hero an advantage)
· Capable of working independently and communicating effectively
Qualifications:
· Certificate IV (TAFE) or relevant qualification in Bookkeeping or Accounting
· Proven experience in bookkeeping (minimum of 2 years).
· Highly competent in the use of computers and integrated software
· High accuracy of data entry and data management
