This is not a fitness.
I have personal experience in deep yoga Sadhana during for 15 years. Every day minimum 5-6 hours of Dhyana (meditation)and sometimes more. Sometimes more than 10 hours.
I teach in small group classes 4-5 people in a group. This is a personal approach. The duration of the class is 2 hours. It’s a standard yoga practice for people, living in the social world.
I teach you to perform asanas correctly, pranayamas, dhyana, concentrations, relaxation.
I am getting my knowledge from Indian Yogis and from my personal Yoga Sadhana.
I am here to give you true real yoga, not just fitness.
Asanas for body strengthening. As when the body is weak, our consciousness is aware just of a very firm matter layer of our endlessness reality and can’t go deeper.
Pranayama for energy. To go deeper inside yourself, you need energy. Pranayama gives it.
Dhyana (meditation) – to achieve this level we need to transfer our consciousness deeper inside, out of the body and mind in to the true nature of endlessness soul.
